Advantages
Unlike plastic or silicone molds these stainless steel molds are extremely
easy to get the mold to separate from frozen mixture/juice/whatever inside.
Fill them, add the wooden stick onto the top, place the top part on top,
wait until the insides are frozen, rinse water against the side for a second
(or dip in water for a second) and the frozen part inside easily pulls out.
